Using high quality aluminum, processed by electrolysis, anode oxidizes and high curacy coating craft, HUACAI Positive PS Plate possesses moderate grain size, high sensitive speed, high print-out contrast , fine dot reproduction, high definition , strong developer process adaptability, quick ink/water balance, high anti-print and any other remarkable merits. 

1. Exposure:

Exposure conditions for reference:  Light source for exposure          Time for exposure

                             2000w Lamp with Gallium lodide     80-100 seconds

                             3000w Lamp with Gallium lodide      40-60 seconds

                             5000w Lamp with Gallium lodide      20-40 seconds

2. Develop:

   Develop solution or powder of Positive PS Plate can be used in developing. 

   Develop conditions:  Temperature: 23±2        Time: 30-60seconds

  Note:    Stir the mixture sufficiently when preparing the developing solution of Positive PS Plate according to the operating instructions of Positive PS Plate. If developing reagent prepared by your own is used, the exposure time and developing process conditions shall be conformed after test.

3.Plate Modification 

In order to eliminate the unnecessary image and spot in the plate after washing with developer, a little plate modification prescription (prescription for eliminating images) can be coated on the elimination place, keep it for about one minute, then wash it with water and coat it with gum.

4 Gumming

Non-image part on the surface of plate needs to be coated with protective gum in order to enhance the performance of water sucking. The plate can be coated gum directly after developing, modifying, and washing, that is to say, immerse the protective gum with the sponge, and wipe the surface of plate evenly. 

5. Roast plate:

Conditions recommended:  Time 5-8minutes, Temperature 220230

6. Printing:

Switch the machine on to print after wetting the plate for a short time. The balance of ink and water can be attained after printing few pieces of paper.

7 Storage conditions

Temperature ≤30,relative humidity≤65%,under such storage conditions, the validity of the plate is 18monthes.
